Michael Cooke – Associate

Michael Cooke joined Hudson in August 2011 and is primarily responsible for the analysis of new investment opportunities, due diligence and monitoring of existing portfolio companies. Prior to Hudson, Mr. Cooke was an Investment Banking Analyst in Barclays Capital’s Global Power & Utilities Group, where he worked on transactions in the Regulated Utilities and Alternative Energy sectors. Prior to that, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at Signal Hill Capital, a boutique investment bank focusing on advisory services for small and mid-cap growth companies. Mr. Cooke holds B.S. degree in Management, magna cum laude, from Bucknell University with a Minor in Economics.
