Sean Reilly, CPA – Chief Financial Officer
Sean Reilly joined Hudson in October 2008 as CFO, and is responsible for preparing financial statements and investor reports, coordinating outsourced back office support, capital calls, books and records, compliance and other investor communications. Mr. Reilly joined Hudson directly from the private equity investment firm, TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P. (“TowerBrook”), where he was a senior controller within their financial and operations team.
Prior to TowerBrook, Mr. Reilly was with The Blackstone Group for over five years, where he held various controllership positions in their private equity group. Prior to Blackstone, Mr. Reilly was an Assistant Vice President in the private equity arm of Credit Suisse and began his career working at Rothstein, Kass, & Company, P.C. where he was a key member of a team dedicated to building and maintaining their private equity fund administration business. Mr. Reilly holds a BS in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
